Off-Campus Activity Advising

Planning an Off-Campus Activity?

Off-Campus Activity Advising (OCAA) supports Registered Student Organizations (RSOs) in their risk management planning for their off-campus events and activities. Through risk management education, advising, and activity-specific logistics, OCAA aims to help RSO leaders identify and plan for potential risks associated with the event(s) including: travel, lodging, contracts, activities involving alcohol, cash handling, activities involving minors, and other aspects of their off-campus programming. Please note: OCAA is considered an educational and voluntary notification process for Storrs-based RSOs.
